Do you have a passion for retail? Are you driven by the challenges of running a department store? Then we are looking for you as our new Store Manager for our store in Nacka. It is in the stores that the battle for customers is fought, and now we need you to win this battle. Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and appealing store every day with positive and helpful employees. The position is a permanent full-time role starting with a six-month probation period. It would be great if you want to develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your employees to take ownership. You want to constantly develop sales, and you know that good profitability is a prerequisite for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and result focus are obvious cornerstones in store management.

Your responsibilities as Store Manager:

• to achieve sales and result targets in the store – you are responsible for cost efficiency and key figures, optimizing turnover and profitability as well as budgeting
• personnel responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and introduction to development and termination
• to ensure and implement concepts and anchor and enforce centrally made decisions

Above all, you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is one of the best things you know. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straight talk and a cheerful mood are natural for you. In addition, you have:

• several years of experience in a leadership position within retail, with personnel and budget responsibility
• knowledge of labor law and occupational health and safety
• experience in sales operations, preferably from a business handling large volumes
• a knack for getting the group on board
