We are now looking for a Regional Manager South/West who wants to take overall responsibility for our operations in Gothenburg and Malmö. This is a key role in the company with significant authority, clear business responsibility, and the opportunity to influence our continued growth.
About the role
As Regional Manager South/West, you are responsible for our operations in Gothenburg and Malmö. You ensure that the facilities are run professionally, profitably, and in line with the company's vision, culture, and strategy.
You will become part of the company's management team and report directly to the CEO.
The role involves close collaboration with the company's central functions in sales, marketing, finance, facility management, and operations.
The sales team in the region continues to report directly to the company's Sales Director.
Your mission
As Regional Manager South/West, you have overall responsibility for the region's operations, employees, customer experience, and results.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Ensuring that all facilities are run profitably and developed towards set financial goals.
Leading, coaching, and developing the region's employees.
Driving and embedding the company's purpose, culture, values, and vision.
Ensuring a first-class customer and member experience.
Monitoring and working towards the region's KPIs and business goals.
Developing the business through improvement work and local initiatives.
Ensuring that the facilities maintain high quality regarding service, operations, and working environment.
Collaborating closely with the company's central functions to create the best possible results.

Have several years of experience in personnel management.
Have experience with budget, profit and loss, and operational responsibility.

Are used to working goal-oriented and driving change.
Experience from coworking, hotels, hospitality, service, real estate, or other customer-intensive operations is meritorious.

Location
The position is based in Gothenburg.
You are expected to be regularly present at our facilities in both Gothenburg and Malmö, and travel between the cities is a natural part of the role.
