Do you want to work with land management and a crucial societal mission? As a lease administrator at the National Property Board (Fortifikationsverket), you are responsible for agricultural, hunting, and fishing management, enjoying a varied role involving contracts, collaboration, and the development of large land areas.
The Domain Group's mission is to manage forests, support the National Property Board with forest-related issues, and administer the agency's hunting, fishing, and agricultural leases.
The National Property Board is one of Sweden's largest property owners, managing approximately 380,000 hectares of land, often characterized by high biodiversity and significant nature values. More than half of this area is protected, for example as nature reserves and Natura 2000 sites.
Your daily life as a lease administrator
In the role of lease administrator, you will, in consultation with other lease administrators, independently manage and develop the defense-adapted agricultural, hunting, and fishing administration. The work is primarily located in Västra Götaland and involves close dialogue with, among others, the Swedish Armed Forces and holders of usage rights. You will have many points of contact in your daily work.
The position involves travel, primarily shorter business trips to our lands, properties, and offices. You will be responsible for an area comprising approximately 50 agricultural leases, around 50 hunting rights agreements, as well as a smaller number of fishing rights.
The administration includes, among other things, contract processing, negotiations, project management, and administration. The work also involves updates in property support systems, document management, as well as consultation and investigation work.
Locations for the role are Skövde, Karlsborg, or Linköping, or as agreed.

Furthermore, you have good IT skills, preferably with experience of property systems and GIS. A B-driver's license is a requirement as travel is part of the job. We see that you have several years of relevant work experience, for example as a lease administrator or land manager.
It is meritorious if you have certificates, forestry permits, competence certificates, etc., within forestry or agricultural areas, training in wildlife management, and a hunter's license. Experience and education in property and usage rights, as well as experience in negotiation and contract processing, are also seen as an advantage. Experience from the green industries, public administration, or knowledge of total defense is also meritorious.
We place great importance on your personal qualities. You are collaborative and have the ability to adapt to find solutions that benefit the whole. You work systematically and plan your work in a structured way, while also taking responsibility for completing tasks on time. You are relationship-building, take initiative in social contexts, and are easy to build long-term contacts with. Furthermore, you are stable, handle stress constructively, and maintain good judgment even in pressured situations.
