Lövestad Alarm Center is an authorized security company approved by the County Administrative Board of Skåne. We are certified according to SS-EN ISO 9001:2015 and SSF 136:5, and environmentally certified according to SS-EN ISO 14001:2015.

Qualifications

Your strongest assets are social competence and a genuine interest in helping others. You are responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable using the computer and telephone as your primary work tools.

You are our voice to the outside world, which is why proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential.

Experience from customer service is an advantage, but the most important factor is that you have the right personality and find the job description interesting. If we see potential in you, we will train you for the rest.

We are looking for someone who is crime-free and has their finances in order. A prerequisite for employment is passing the County Administrative Board's control check for employment in an authorized security company.

Responsibilities

The alarm center is the heart of our operations, which places high demands on service and customer interaction. You and your colleagues are among our most important employees. You will receive and handle alarms, perform camera verifications, log fault reports, and manage telephone monitoring for external customers.

Regardless of the issue, you, as the operator, are the first point of contact. Therefore, it is crucial that you can prioritize based on need and make quick decisions. You will follow established instructions and relay the matter to the correct party.

Operations in the alarm center run 24/7, year-round. This means the work involves shift work and weekend duties.

We will provide you with internal training, naturally during paid working hours. You will then work independently, but always with support from and in close collaboration with colleagues who have the same responsibilities as you. You will encounter all types of people in various situations. The work is demanding but also varied, educational, and exciting. The position requires that you can handle stressful situations and enjoy working in a team.
