Do you want a flexible job in a wonderful environment? We are currently looking for a Pool and Wellness Host who loves taking care of our members, visitors, and our facility.

We have a broad operation with a swimming pool, gym, and group training both on land and in water. As a Pool and Wellness Host at Medley, you will experience a very varied job. No two days are alike; you will work at the reception and in the café, perform lifeguard duties, teach swimming, ensure cleanliness and tidiness, and greet our guests in the best possible way in all roles. We are now looking for you who love providing friendly hospitality and top-quality service. Putting the guest at the center feels completely natural to you. As a Pool and Wellness Host, you have a welcoming manner, an eye for order and tidiness, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere among both guests and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

Cares about your members' health and works together with your colleagues to provide them with the support and inspiration they need to succeed in their training. Not least through Medley's product "The Training Journey," which gives new members exactly the start to their membership that they need.

Previous experience from fitness operations such as gyms, group training, or swimming pools, as well as previous work in service and/or sales, is meritorious.

Our values are important to us, and we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Before an employment contract can be signed, a swimming and lifeguarding test will be conducted on-site at the facility.

The role includes:

• Reception and café service

• Sales of memberships

• Supporting our members in their training journey

• Lifeguarding

• Gym staffing

• Swimming instruction

• Facility cleaning

• Guest service with a focus on service and hospitality

Information about the position:

• Temporary position for at least 1 year, with a great possibility of extension.

• 2 positions

• Part-time: 50%

• Start date: August

The role includes evening and weekend work. As part of the recruitment process, we request extracts from the police criminal record. We have a collective agreement and are affiliated with Almega Service Companies.
