To succeed in this role, you need:
- Several years of experience working with rescue services, either through dispatching rescue resources, as an operational firefighter/unit leader, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent.

- High school diploma: A basic educational level that prepares you for the various job tasks.
- Good communication skills: You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing and can express yourself clearly and effectively.
- Computer literacy: You find it easy to navigate between different digital systems and are accustomed to using the computer as a tool in your daily work.
- Category B driver's license.
Having completed training in CoordCom and/or the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency's training for Alarm and Control Operators (LK3) is considered an advantage.
