Qualifications: We are looking for you who are already a trained security guard (VU1 and VU2), security-conscious, service-oriented, and stress-resistant. You possess inner calm and a natural drive to help others.

As a patrolling security guard, your primary task is to provide safety for our customers by protecting property and buildings against fire, theft, and damage.

You will handle alarm systems and report using a digital patrol information system. The work involves both indoor and outdoor shifts, primarily during nighttime. Examples of tasks include conducting security checks at customer sites, ensuring alarms are active and windows are closed, and preventing unauthorized persons from entering our customers' premises.

The work utilizes various technical monitoring tools, requiring you to have good IT skills and familiarity with the entire Office package. Administrative work in the reception, stationary guarding, and access control for visitors and suppliers may also be part of the role.

Communication skills are crucial, both internally and externally. You must be able to identify and meet customer needs, as well as have the willingness to learn and develop together with us and our clients.

General Requirements:

• Secondary education (high school diploma)
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Very good English in speech and writing
• Strong communication skills
• Good health and physical fitness
• Drug-free
• Sound financial standing
• Class B driver's license

Requirements for this position:

• Completed security guard training (VU1 + VU2)

Merits: 2–4 years of experience in the security industry, technical knowledge, experience working independently, previous experience in security, and education/competence in building technology.

We offer salary according to the collective agreement between Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union. As we are a security-classified company, a security clearance with register check is conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

An on-call employment often generates many shifts and hours per month, but the volume may vary depending on demand. In the long run, this employment can lead to a position with a fixed working time.
