Personal Assistant for an Active Woman in Lerum

We are looking for an engaged and caring personal assistant for our female client in Lerum. The client is a positive 53-year-old woman who needs your help to continue living an independent and active life. She has recently undergone a tracheostomy (trach) and has a PEG tube, but strives to return to work.

Your Role

As a personal assistant, you will play a crucial role in her daily life. The client uses a wheelchair and has limited physical stamina. Therefore, she needs help with daily chores to conserve energy and continue enjoying life to the fullest.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The client can drive herself but would like assistants to help with driving to facilitate and save energy. Additionally, she needs help with activities such as outdoor walks and attending concerts. If you have cooking skills, it is a plus, as the client appreciates good food and culinary experiences. Please note that the client receives most of her nutrition via the PEG tube, but the role involves significant care of the tracheostomy and respiratory support.

Schedule and Hours

The position is part-time with mixed shifts during both days and evenings. We are therefore looking for assistants who are flexible and can adapt to the client's needs and wishes. We expect 2–3 shifts per week, with each shift lasting 12 hours. The employment rate is approximately 50%. Immediate start is possible if circumstances allow.
