About the Position

We are looking for a personal assistant to support users of varying ages (6–62 years).

You will work closely with the individual in their daily life, contributing to safety, participation, and independence. The role involves qualified care and assistance with all aspects of the user's daily life, such as personal hygiene, help with activation, and mobility. It also includes assisting with other interventions, such as physiotherapy, and providing support for basic daily needs.

Working as a personal assistant is a rewarding and varied job where you act as a social support and, together with the user, perform and participate in various activities both inside and outside the home, based on their wishes and needs.

This is a weekend position, meaning work from Friday to Sunday or alternatively Saturday to Monday. The full-time equivalent is 28 hours per week.

Qualifications

We require that you are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) or possess other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, structured, and has good knowledge of care and nursing. As a personal assistant, you need to have patience and be able to meet the user's needs and daily life. You should thrive in a flexible work environment where you collaborate with others, as we coordinate our resources across three different users. The work may also involve solo work, which requires responsibility and the ability to work independently.

Communication regarding medication, working according to implementation plans and routines, and documentation are some of the daily tasks; therefore, you must be able to communicate clearly in both spoken and written Swedish.

Since there are pets in the home, you must be comfortable around animals.

A valid B-driver's license is required, as you will be accompanying the user on outings. You must also have Bank-ID for this position.

Personal suitability is highly valued.
