We are looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible female personal assistant for an 86-year-old woman with dementia. The position is part-time, covering three days a week according to an agreed schedule. Occasional evening shifts may occur if needed, which will be arranged in good time.

The duties mainly involve helping with daily tasks such as shopping, cooking, and cleaning. The woman is able to move around and use the toilet independently, but generally has difficulty walking and therefore needs supervision and support in daily life. She may also need assistance with changing clothes.

Experience in personal assistance or working with the elderly/dementia is advantageous but not a requirement. The most important qualities are that you are reliable, calm, patient, and treat others with respect.

Speaking Swedish is not a requirement. However, speaking Persian is mandatory, as the woman communicates best in Persian.

We are looking for someone who:

• is female
• speaks Persian
• is responsible and punctual
• has patience and a warm demeanor
• can work independently
• is flexible regarding occasional evening shifts
• preferably has experience in elderly care, dementia, or personal assistance

The position is for three days a week on a fixed schedule. Start date to be agreed upon.
