An established clinic in Tyresö is now looking for a General Dentist to meet growing patient demand. Here you will work in an experienced team with a focus on quality, holistic health, and collaboration. About the Clinic

The clinic provides general dentistry with elements of surgery, implants, bite physiology, clear aligners, and a clear focus on the patient's holistic health. The approach is biologically oriented and metal-free.

The practice currently consists of an experienced dentist, three dental nurses, and a health therapist. The clinic has three treatment rooms for dental care and additional rooms for complementary treatments.

The patient group consists of adults, and the clinic has high patient demand with patients from all over the country. The work environment is described as good, with friendly and supportive leadership and a team that collaborates and shares knowledge.

About the Role

In the role of General Dentist, you will work with standard tasks within general dentistry.

A typical workday may include:

• Morning meetings
• Examinations
• Fillings
• Preparations
• Surgeries

The work is primarily clinical and takes place in close collaboration with the rest of the team. The role aims to complement and partially replace the existing dentist, with the goal of ensuring continued high quality of care.

Requirements

• Swedish professional license as a dentist (issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare)
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a dentist in Sweden, but newly graduated dentists are also welcome to apply

Meritorious

• Interest and understanding of a biological, tissue-friendly approach with a holistic view

You are collaborative and share knowledge while being open to others' perspectives. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and handle challenges by focusing on causes and possible ways forward.

• Salary approx. 40,000 – 60,000 SEK/month depending on experience and ability
• Permanent employment with a probation period
