About the company:
Optimal Assistans i Göteborg AB was established in 2005. As a personal assistant with us, you will have access to professional development, close contact with your direct manager, and a secure working environment. We have a collective agreement with Fremia-Kommunal and offer a wellness allowance.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can work 4–5 days per week, including evenings and occasionally weekends.
- Has experience working within healthcare and social care.
- Has prior experience working with autism (advantageous).
- Fluently speaks both Swedish and Spanish (mandatory).
- Is a cheerful and outgoing woman aged 25–45 (customer's preference).
- Has experience working as a personal assistant or within the healthcare sector.
- Enjoys challenges, can follow routines, but also make independent decisions based on the customer's needs and wishes.
Personal suitability is of great importance.
Working hours vary between day shifts, evenings, and occasionally weekends.
