We are now looking for a cold bar staff member to join a tight-knit team at Lidingö Saluhall – a workplace where the passion for food is evident in everything you do, and where the team always comes before the individual. The pace can be fast at times, but the atmosphere is warm, family-like, and helpful. Everyone works together towards the same goal: to create excellent food experiences and provide top-class service to our customers. About the role:

• The role is broad and varied, focusing on cold bar service, shop operations, and catering.
• Work is primarily scheduled on weekdays during daytime hours, with work one Saturday every other week.
• Start date is in August/September, subject to agreement.

• Production of salads, sandwiches, and cold bar products.
• Preparation and setup for the shop and catering.
• Handling, preparation, and cooking of shellfish.
• Ordering and planning of goods.
• Customer contact, sales, and service in the shop.
• Catering deliveries and event preparations.
• Ensuring order, quality, and hygiene in production.

Experience with shellfish is an advantage, but not a requirement. There is great expertise in the kitchen and a strong willingness to teach the right person who wants to develop together with the team. We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from cold bar service, cafés, catering, or similar operations.
• Is self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in a team environment and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
• Has a sense for quality, service, and presentation.
• Enjoys varied workdays and a fast pace.
• Wants to develop and learn more about food and ingredient handling.
