Your Employment Offer
As a Project Manager at A-Sprinkler, you will have a responsible and varied role with great opportunities to influence both the progress and results of projects. You will become an important part of the business and work on technically demanding projects where quality, safety, and economics go hand in hand. Here you will use your experience in installation, contracting, and leadership in a role with many interfaces and a clear mandate. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for the technical and economic execution of the project as well as personnel planning. You ensure that the work follows requirements regarding quality, environment, working environment, and current standards.
You will, among other things:
- Be responsible for technical and economic control on-site
- Coordinate plans and maintain contact with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Create work, material, time, payment, quality, environmental, and organization plans
- Ensure that invoicing documentation is produced continuously
- Be responsible for site supervision
- Create documentation for operation and maintenance
- Develop forecasts for economic outcomes
- Monitor capacity, costs, and quality in the project
- Prepare for and participate in inspections and be responsible for corrective actions
- Represent the company at project meetings
- Submit bids for additional work and ÄTA (Additional Work) tasks
- Purchase materials, equipment, and services according to calculations and budget
Key Information
You report to your direct manager and play a key role in ensuring the economic results and technical quality of projects. In this role, you have ongoing contact with authorities, clients, consultants, and suppliers. The location is in Järfälla, Stockholm County. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external parties and requires that you enjoy taking responsibility throughout the entire project chain.
Our Expectations
We are looking for you who meet the minimum requirements according to SBF 1020 and have an HVAC technical education or another technical education combined with several years of experience, preferably as a leading installer. You have extensive experience in installation work and project management, as well as a good understanding of economic relationships in projects. To succeed in this role, you need leadership experience, solid knowledge of contract law, and a good understanding of quality and environmental management systems. As a person, you are flexible, cooperative, and results-oriented. You are confident in making decisions, following up on actions, and driving projects forward with both structure and business acumen.
