LBF Bygg AB works with both large and small construction contracts, building services, and ROT projects. Our clients include municipalities, property companies, commercial enterprises, and state organizations.

We are now looking for a driven and business-minded Estimator/Purchaser who wants to further strengthen our team.

About the role

In the role of estimator/purchaser, you will have a central and important function in our projects. You will work closely with operations and actively participate in the bidding and purchasing process – from the initial inquiry to the final contract documentation.

You have a good understanding of construction production, market prices, and contracting processes, as well as the ability to create competitive and well-thought-out estimates.

We would appreciate if you have practical experience from construction production and have previously worked in operational roles.

Examples of tasks

• Prepare bid estimates
• Develop side bids and alternative solutions
• Prepare and compile contract documentation
• Participate in planning and creating purchase schedules
• Handle request for quotations (RFQs) and evaluate incoming offers
• Responsible for purchasing and supplier contacts
• Send out and follow up on inquiries
