Your responsibilities

In this role, you will gradually grow into the responsibility of a project manager. You will support the technical and economic execution of projects and learn how sprinkler projects are planned, followed up on, and quality assured.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support technical and economic follow-up of projects
• Assist with planning of time, materials, quality, environment, and organization
• Maintain ongoing contact with internal colleagues, clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Prepare and follow up on documentation for invoicing
• Contribute to site management and coordination
• Participate in the creation of operation and maintenance documentation
• Participate in forecasting and economic follow-up
• Monitor capacity, costs, and quality together with the responsible project manager
• Prepare for and participate in inspections
• Learn to handle O&M works (ÄTA), purchasing, and project documentation

Over time, you will take greater responsibility for your own parts of the projects and develop towards independently driving projects from start to finish.

Worth knowing

The position is located in Järfälla, Stockholm, and you will report to your direct manager. You will work closely with experienced project managers and other key personnel in the organization. The role involves many contact surfaces, including with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities. Our expectations

We are looking for someone who has recently completed or is about to complete a technical education, preferably within HVAC, construction, energy, installation, or a corresponding field. You do not need previous experience as a project manager; the most important thing is that you have a technical interest, a willingness to learn, and the ability to create structure. Experience from internships, thesis work, summer jobs, or part-time work within construction, installation, or contracting is advantageous. As a person, you are curious, responsible, and collaborative. You are not afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and wish to develop long-term within sprinklers, project management, economics, and contracting.
