Now, SFV is looking for an experienced Project Manager for the Opera House Renovation project, SFV's largest and most complex renovation to date, in central Stockholm. You will become part of the Project Management unit, which is responsible for driving unique and prestigious construction projects both in Sweden and internationally. The majority of our projects are located in the Stockholm area, for example the renovation of the Stockholm Palace facades and the quay project on Skeppsholmen. In Lund, we lead several significant projects, including work on the University House. Internationally, our project managers are responsible for projects at Swedish embassies and institutes.

Your role

You will join a competent project team that, among other things, works on the renovation of the Opera House, together with several colleagues from the unit. The project is carried out as a construction contract where designers are procured per discipline. In early 2027, the system documentation will be delivered, after which the construction document design phase will begin. A general contractor has been procured in collaboration and will start preparatory work in April 2027. The project is conducted at a high digital level. In this role, you are responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and following up on the design process. You take over the main responsibility from the start of the construction document phase and drive design issues through the entire production phase as well as during the handover to management and tenants. You lead the design process and project participants towards set goals within decided frameworks, and close collaboration with all parties involved in the project is a central part of the work. You also contribute your experience to the colleagues' competence development and to SFV's continued development work.

Your profile

We are looking for you who:

• have a relevant university education in construction or real estate, or equivalent knowledge level through work experience
• have many years of solid experience in successfully leading the design of large, complex renovation projects with advanced technology
• are certified in BAS-P (Building Safety Coordinator)
• express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish

Meritorious:

• experience of project management in projects with a high digital level
• experience of advanced project portals and requirement databases
• experience of designing in culturally classified buildings
• experience of working in collaborative contracts
• good knowledge of English in speech and writing

Personal qualities

We place great importance on your personal qualities. You have good teamwork skills, are communicative, possess leadership qualities, and are confident in making necessary decisions. We also see that you are structured, stable, and have strong personal maturity.

You will be employed as: Project Manager

Employment type: The position is a permanent full-time position. SFV applies a six-month probation period.

Location: Stockholm

Remote work possibility: Yes, there is an opportunity to work part of the working hours remotely.
