Wrknest is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Supervisor (ROT) for a well-established construction company experiencing strong growth. The client undertakes extensive renovation projects with a focus on riser replacements, total renovations, and the development of multi-family housing.

In this role, you will have significant responsibility for daily production and act as a central link between the site manager, employees, subcontractors, and clients. You will work closely with operations and contribute to ensuring projects are executed according to set goals for quality, time, and economy. As a site supervisor, you are responsible for driving and coordinating daily operations on the projects. You ensure that work flows efficiently, resources are used correctly, and project goals are met.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading, planning, and allocating daily work on the construction site
• Ensuring that the site manager's directives are implemented in production
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and quality targets
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and own tradespeople
• Responsible for staffing, material flows, and deliveries
• Handling logistics regarding materials, products, and waste
• Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements
• Acting as the contact person for clients, suppliers, and other partners
• Leading production and coordination meetings
• Contributing to cost estimation and planning before and during the project

• Has several years of experience with ROT projects, focusing on riser replacements and total renovations of multi-family housing
• Has at least three years of experience as a site supervisor in construction production
• Has experience with projects where residents remain on-site during production
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is proficient with computers and has experience with project documentation and administrative systems
• Has good knowledge of industry regulations, contract law, and occupational health and safety legislation
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license

• Technical construction education at upper secondary or post-secondary level
• Experience with collaborative contracting
• Driver's license for additional vehicle types
• Long experience in supervision from other industries
• Knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English
