Megatrade Sweden AB is an entrepreneur-driven property company that has been developing and managing commercial properties in Greater Stockholm since 2003. We work long-term with our properties and currently have several projects in key growth areas in Stockholm.

Your Role

We are looking for you who are handy, self-motivated carpenters who can work independently. You should be a distinct problem solver who enjoys variety and challenges.

You will become a central part of the team. Examples of tasks include:

• Renovations and extensions in offices, premises, and warehouses in our properties.
• Tenant fit-outs for new tenants.
• Renovation of kitchens and bathrooms in our premises.
• Maintenance and daily care of the properties.

Your Profile

Formal education is not a requirement, but we value good and extensive experience. In your professional role, you are driven to perform your work responsibly and with high quality. We also look for someone with good ability to plan and prioritize your work, both alone and in a team.

Qualifications

• Experienced carpenter with at least 5 years of experience.
• Good ability to plan and create structure.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient with machinery.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
