As a Production Manager at Noccon, you play a vital role in production. You are responsible for managing and coordinating one or more subcontractors or construction sections on-site, focusing on creating order, progress, and quality in every task. You work closely with the Production Director and serve as a key person in the project's daily operations – from planning to follow-up. Examples of responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare production work together with the Production Director
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is carried out according to set goals for technology, function, time, quality, environment, and economy
• Monitor schedules, economy, and report to the Production Director
• Document and report deviations and participate in safety rounds
• Handle logistics, protocol writing, and drawing management
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and pleasant workplace

You are based at your assigned project and work primarily on-site in construction production – close to both colleagues and contractors. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for you who have a few years of experience as a site supervisor in the construction or installation industry, preferably with a focus on general contracting. You have worked closely with site managers and feel confident in driving parts of a construction project forward. Requirements:

• Approximately 3 years of experience as a site supervisor, preferably in general contracting or installation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experienced in working with projects and digital tools (e.g., Excel)

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Relevant post-secondary education in construction
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
