Our Operations
Indomi has been active since 2016 and operates several businesses within the healthcare sector, including Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP), psychiatry, health care, foster care, supported living, and residential care homes. We are now looking for another counselor for northern Dalarna, where we currently have a branch in Orsa and are opening another branch in Mora this autumn 2026. The main clinic is located in Borlänge. We work on behalf of Region Dalarna and receive children and adolescents for assessment, treatment, and investigation in specialist psychiatric outpatient care. At the clinic, specialist doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists, and secretaries work together. Our guiding principle is: "With heart for the children – with a focus on quality and interaction with the individual at the center".
We are now looking for another counselor to join our team in northern Dalarna who, together with us, wants to continue developing and shaping the work of the organization.
About the role - Main responsibilities:
Psychosocial assessments: Conduct new assessments and in-depth assessments with initial mapping focusing on psychosocial issues.
Counseling support: Hold individual conversations with children/adolescents and family sessions. Occasionally in group format.
Group therapy: Lead group interventions for children, adolescents, and parents.
Coordination: Participate in SIP meetings (Individualized Care Plan), and collaborate with schools, social services, health centers, and other external actors.
Network work: Coordinate efforts regarding the child in close contact with guardians and networks. Contribute knowledge of other societal support measures.
Documentation: Responsible for correct medical record keeping according to the Health and Medical Services Act.
Development work: Contribute to health-promoting and preventive measures from a psychosocial perspective. Contribute to organizational development and implementation of new treatment methods.
About you
We are looking for you who are a healthcare counselor or have a degree in social work. Meritorious is experience working with children and adolescents and holding basic training in psychotherapy - step 1.
You are a person who values the important work with the mental health of children and young people and want to contribute to outstanding and accessible child and adolescent psychiatry. You always put the patient first and are responsible and motivated in your work.
