About the role

As a ground worker, you will work with varied tasks within ground and civil engineering works. The work includes, among other things, paving, pipe laying, road works, leveling, and drainage.

You will also work with small machinery and laser levels, and participate in projects such as fence construction, asphalt paving, and curb installation. The role involves practical outdoor work where you contribute to creating sustainable and functional solutions in our projects.

No two days are alike, and you will become an important part of a team that delivers quality at every step.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a positive attitude and a desire to develop
• Has good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written
• Has a valid Work on Road 1 and 2 certificate (required)
• Has experience or interest in curb work and ground works
• Has basic experience with excavation, drainage, and working with small machinery

Meritorious qualifications:

• ESA-19
• Hot Works
