About Nära Vård - the mobile rehab team
We provide successful rehabilitation in special housing facilities throughout Stockholm. We are an engaged and competent rehab team consisting of 40 people in total.
We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist on a 50-100% basis for a temporary position in Botkyrka and/or Vällingby, starting in week 27 or as agreed, with a chance of a fixed-term employment in the autumn.
Job Description
As an occupational therapist with us, you will become part of a large and wonderful rehab team of approximately 40 people to turn to for advice.
You have overall responsibility for the patients' rehabilitation and work with assessments, planning, and implementation of measures, documentation, as well as prescribing medical technology products based on individual needs.
An important part of the assignment is to supervise and educate care staff to ensure safe and high-quality care. In addition to the close collaboration with physiotherapists, you work in an interdisciplinary team together with nurses, care staff, and the operations manager.
The position is part of Nära Vård's larger rehab network, which gives you access to active collegial support in both Stockholm and the rest of the country, with a focus on quality, knowledge exchange, and continuous development. Every year we gather for a joint kick-off with inspiring lectures, community, and festivities.
In the mobile team, there is constant development work going on, and we assume that you find development exciting and enjoy testing new ways of working. Together with the rehab team, you will ensure that care is constantly developed.
You should enjoy that the work is flexible and challenging, and that you work in a team-based manner in close collaboration with, among others, physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff.
You belong to the rehab team, which offers great opportunities to develop yourself as an occupational therapist and build broad experience within your employment.
About you
We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize.
With a flexible attitude and a pedagogical and communicative approach, you thrive in supervising, inspiring, and creating security in meetings with both patients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Licensed occupational therapist
- Category B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Merits
