About the position

We are looking for a class teacher for an upcoming Grade 3.

Your assignment includes creating an inclusive and positive learning environment where students feel seen, heard, and encouraged to develop both academically and socially. You work closely with colleagues in a professional team where collaboration, reflection, and development are a natural part of everyday life. Together, you contribute to a safe school with high expectations and a warm climate.

We are looking for you who are passionate about learning, see opportunities in every student, and want to help build a school where both children and adults develop together.

Responsibilities

As a class teacher at Ursvik School, you will teach Swedish, Math, Science, Social Studies, English, and Art. You are part of a work team where collegial work is valued. Analysis of results for further planning of teaching and extra adjustments will be an important part of your work – always with the student in focus!

You also have an important part in the contact with guardians, where open dialogue and collaboration strengthen the student's development. You document and follow the students' progression and adapt the teaching as needed – always with the student's best interest in focus.

Qualifications

We want you to be a fully trained primary school teacher with a teaching license. Preferably with experience of working within the school system.
