The Child and Education Department is responsible for preschool, primary school, upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, student housing with boarding facilities, adult education, and cultural school in Dals-Ed. DUTIES:

As a preschool assistant, you will plan, implement, develop, and document pedagogical work, both independently and as part of a team. Together with your colleagues, you will professionally lay the foundation for children's joyful development in a stimulating learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The position requires a upper secondary education as a preschool assistant or other education deemed suitable by the employer, as well as experience working in a preschool. Education and experience working with children in need of special support are particularly meritorious.

We are looking for you who are engaged, curious, and flexible, and who want to help drive the operations together with a wonderful group of educators. As a preschool assistant, you have a genuine interest in children's development and learning, you see each child's strengths and abilities, and you value security and relationships.

• Working hours: Daytime
• Individual and differentiated salary setting applies
