Närhälsan offers high-quality primary healthcare close to home. With hundreds of clinics in Västra Götaland, we are close to residents throughout their lives and make a difference to their health. We care for you and offer development throughout your professional career.
About Us
Närhälsan Floda Primary Care Centre is a well-functioning and pleasant workplace. We who work here are a competent team of dedicated employees working in a positive work environment characterized by innovation, humor, and team spirit. We are located just outside Gothenburg with good transport links to the clinic. It takes 30 minutes by train from Gothenburg Central Station and 20 minutes by car.
Next to the clinic, there are several good lunch restaurants, free parking, and beautiful nature. You can take a walk or run around the lake, or perhaps even go for a swim on a warm summer day. One day a week, we have an extended lunch where we exercise together in the form of running, walking, gym, or table tennis. One of our goals is that as an employee, you should be able to go home from work at the end of the day with more energy than you had when you arrived in the morning.

About the Job
Your duties at the primary care centre cover a broad field and include general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in health promotion, advisory, and treatment roles in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital healthcare meetings, and at the clinic.
The work involves both emergency and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own clinic hours, where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration takes place with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally in the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the clinic management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward.
About You
You are a registered nurse. Experience from working in primary care is meritorious, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, receptive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener during both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would appreciate it if you had an interest in digitalization and operational development.
A professional approach and good treatment of customers, patients, and colleagues are a matter of course for you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
Other Information
The position is a temporary hourly employment.
Interviews at the primary care centre will be held continuously during the application period.
We welcome your application!
About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call current candidates for a phone interview. The recruiting manager then makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the primary care centre.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
