About the Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you work to support operational logistics and ensure that the company's daily processes run without interruption. The role is administrative and coordinating, with clear priorities that help you create structure in a high-paced flow.

Your responsibilities include ensuring that outbound loads run smoothly and that no backlogs build up. You also ensure that invoicing takes place in accordance with completed work and handle questions regarding claims management. You will also book certain transports, follow up on discrepancies, and work in internal systems to ensure that all customer and transport information is correct.

You function as an additional resource in the Supply Chain team and support the facility where needed. This gives you a good insight into all processes and routines within logistics. The role suits you who like variety, responsibility, and being close to the center of action in daily logistics work.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure that outbound loads and backlogs are in sync
• Ensure that daily and weekly transports are planned
• Invoicing and ongoing administrative tasks
• Handling of claims and follow-up
• Booking of transports within selected areas
• Ongoing contact with internal functions and external parties
• Database maintenance in CRM

We are looking for someone who

• Is either new to a career in logistics and seeking your next development step, or has worked with similar tasks for a while and is looking for a new fun challenge
• Thrives in a coordinating and administrative role with many contact surfaces.
• Is confident in prioritizing when the pace is high and several tasks occur in parallel.
• Is accustomed to working in Excel and has previous experience with some CRM system.
• Has an eye for detail, works carefully, and takes responsibility for deliveries being correct.
• Likes to work structured and enjoys creating order and flow in processes.

About the Employment

The position is a consultancy assignment until the summer of 2027, with the possibility of extension provided both parties are satisfied with the collaboration. You will become part of a business where logistics and flow control are at the center, and you will work closely with colleagues within production, planning, and business support.
