About the Role

As a Production Engineer, you will work on developing, optimizing, and improving production processes to create a safe, sustainable, and profitable operation.

Common responsibilities may include:

• Production development and process improvements
• Lean work and continuous improvement
• Optimization of production flows
• Capacity and production planning
• Project management within production and business development
• Analysis of production data and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implementation of new working methods and processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has education in areas such as production technology, mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or similar fields
• Has experience from the manufacturing industry
• Thrives in problem-solving and development work
• Is analytical, structured, and driven by improvements
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Production
• Experience with Six Sigma or improvement work
• Experience with project management
• Experience with automated production
