About the role As a Designer, you work with both customer-specific adaptations and the development of our products and systems. You create 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation and are involved throughout the entire process, from early ideas to a finished solution ready for production.

You work closely with sales, production, purchasing, and suppliers, as well as participating in customer dialogues. Here you contribute your technical expertise, create a clear understanding of the needs, and translate them into feasible, unique customer solutions based on our range and existing products.

The role also includes participating in testing and verification, supporting production with technical questions, and driving continuous improvement within the product portfolio, focusing on quality, function, and sustainability.

Your profile We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in mechanical design and work comfortably in 3D-CAD, preferably SolidWorks. If you also have experience with PDM/PLM systems or have worked with products containing electronics or control systems, we consider this a merit. Experience from manufacturing industry and a production-oriented way of working is also a plus. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are structured and independent, with a pragmatic approach to tackling technical challenges. You thrive with many contact points and enjoy cross-functional collaboration with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. You have the ability to translate ideas into practical and cost-effective solutions and appreciate a role where you are close to both decisions and results.
