We ensure that properties and workplaces are as efficient and inspiring as possible. With our technical services, we create the conditions for productivity while minimizing risks.

The Role You will become an important and valuable part of a motivated team. As an HVAC Technician, you are responsible for supervision, maintenance, optimization, and corrective maintenance of building technical installations such as ventilation, heating, and cooling. In this role, you will have daily communication with the client, employees, and suppliers. We offer a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period.

For example, you will:

• Troubleshoot issues such as operational disruptions.
• Perform rounds, supervision, and maintenance of the HVAC system.
• Work with corrective maintenance, such as replacing valves, pumps, damper actuators, sensors, bearings, and other critical components.
• Perform planned maintenance tasks.
• Handle emergency repairs and actions.
• Install new equipment.
• Be an active initiator in the daily work of improving and developing our service delivery.
• Continuously work on improvements and some documentation.
