Do you want to start your career in manufacturing engineering and help develop future production processes? We are now looking for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer for an assignment based in Trollhättan. This role is perfect for you if you have recently graduated from a Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Economics program, or if you have a year or two of work experience and wish to continue developing.

About the Role

As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will become part of a manufacturing engineering team where you will work together to ensure that production delivers the right quality, at the right cost, and on time. You will:

• Support work with production preparation, method development, and the creation of manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate activities related to tools, fixtures, and improvement work in production.
• Work closely with operators, technicians, and other engineers in daily operations.
• Contribute to the work towards robust processes, zero defects, and continuous improvements.
• Participate in problem-solving and the use of quality tools.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow into the role of Manufacturing Engineer. You have:

• An education in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Economics.
• A strong technical interest and a willingness to learn new methods and processes.
• An analytical and fact-oriented approach to work.
• The ability to work systematically, take responsibility, and drive tasks forward.
• Good teamwork skills and a desire to contribute to the team.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (required).

The assignment may require a security clearance and approval according to current security regulations. In some cases, requirements for specific citizenship may apply depending on the security classification.
