Blendow Group has its own conference venue called Humlegården Konferens, consisting of five different conference rooms. Here, we conduct over 400 trainings, conferences, and events every year. We place great emphasis on personal treatment and always delivering high service.

We are now looking for two conference hosts who can work 2–3 days a week. Working hours are weekdays between 07:30–16:30. The schedule is set approximately 1–2 months in advance. The start date is at the end of August 2026.

We are looking for you who are a cheerful and positive person, and who can take care of our guests in a professional manner. You should be able to quickly and creatively find solutions to spontaneous problems that may arise.

As a conference host, you have significant autonomy to deliver fantastic service. You have drive, energy, and the ability to take responsibility for your work.

Your responsibilities include preparing and setting up our premises, welcoming participants and guests, and ensuring they have a professional and pleasant experience. You collaborate with suppliers, prepare breakfast and coffee breaks, and handle administrative tasks related to the reception. The role also involves continuously resolving questions and situations that arise during the day, contributing to smooth and efficient operations.

The work is independent, but you are part of the Production Team. Feeling comfortable collaborating with others and being willing to delegate when necessary is therefore important for you to thrive in the role as a conference host. All of this to deliver the best experience to our customers.
