Långa Raden Velamsund is now looking for a sous chef for a seasonal employment until the end of August, with the possibility of extension. We are a popular waterside restaurant focusing on well-prepared food, good service, and a warm, family-like atmosphere.

About the position

As a sous chef, you work closely with the head chef and restaurant management. You help ensure high quality in the kitchen, lead operations during service, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute tasks in the kitchen
• Participate in daily operations and service
• Ensure quality and presentation of the food
• Be involved in planning, ordering, and self-control checks
• Support and develop other kitchen staff

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a sous chef or cook with leadership responsibilities
• Is independent, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has good collaboration skills
• Has a genuine interest in cooking and quality
