FM City Burger AB is seeking dedicated kitchen staff/chef for restaurant in Solna
We are currently looking for an engaged and experienced team member to join our kitchen in Solna. If you are passionate about cooking and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include:
- Food preparation and mise en place
- Cooking food according to the restaurant's routines
- Handling of raw materials
- Cleaning and hygiene work in the kitchen
- Self-control according to current food legislation
- Close collaboration with other kitchen staff
We are also looking for a kitchen assistant to assist with food preparation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we look for someone who has:
- At least 2 years of documented experience working in a restaurant kitchen
- Experience in cooking and food preparation
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Responsible and stress-resistant personality
Merits
The following is considered a plus:
- Experience with grilling, fast food, or burger restaurants
- Knowledge of Swedish or English
