Charlottendals Catering is looking for a Team Leader for Packing and Delivery!

Charlottendals Catering produces and delivers food to preschools and schools in the Stockholm region. Our production kitchen is located in Bagarmossen, from where our operations and deliveries are coordinated. We deliver food daily to approximately 30 preschools, totaling around 1,800 portions. Our focus is on delivering delicious, varied, and healthy meals to our customers.

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible person who wants to take charge of packing and dispatching food in the mornings. The role involves ensuring that the correct meals, sides, and special dietary foods are packed for the right customers before delivery. You will work together with a colleague but hold the main responsibility for following packing lists, catching discrepancies, and ensuring drivers take the correct items.

Fluent Swedish skills in both spoken and written language are essential.

Your working hours are from 03:00 or 04:00 in the morning until approximately 11:00.

Qualifications that are a plus:

• Experience from large-scale kitchens, catering, food production, warehouse/picking, or logistics.
• Experience with special diets, allergens, hygiene routines, and working with packing lists is particularly advantageous.

You must be meticulous and able to remain calm under pressure.
