Time Building offers three well-equipped conference rooms and a staffed reception and café, ensuring smooth service for all visitors and tenants.
About the RoleWe are looking for a driven, independent, and reliable person for the role of Reception and Conference Host for a one-year fixed-term position. Your tasks include arranging breakfasts and coffee breaks, as well as managing conference technology when needed. With your attention to detail, you ensure that all areas are always presentable for both tenants and conference visitors. Together with your colleague, you staff the reception and ensure that all guests receive a professional and friendly welcome. You receive visitors, support members and tenants with everyday questions, and handle various administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone whoHas experience from the service industry, e.g., reception, hotel, conference, or similar
Is self-motivated, solution-oriented, and responsible
Has a strong service mindset and professional demeanor
Is flexible and thrives with varying tasks
Has good administrative skills and computer literacy
Has experience with the Office package
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Has experience with conference technology (meritorious)
You are a positive person who spreads joy and is skilled at building relationships. You thrive in a team but also work well independently and are practical. Your solution-oriented and proactive approach ensures that you are always one step ahead.
About the PositionScope: Full-time fixed-term position for one year
Start: Mid-August 2026
Working hours: Monday–Friday, office hours
Employment: One-year fixed-term contract with a six-month probationary period
The working hours are primarily during weekdays during office hours, but evening and weekend work may occur if needed. You will be employed by Carotte Staff and hired out to the client.
