Story Hotel Stockholm North is located in Sundbyberg, just 15 minutes by subway from central Stockholm and close to the Mall of Scandinavia. With an urban industrial design combined with modern Scandinavian comfort, the hotel offers a relaxed yet lively atmosphere, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shops.

We are now looking for a star to join our reception team at Story Hotel Signalfabriken in Sundbyberg!

We are looking for someone who understands true hospitality and is passionate about guest interaction. As a receptionist, you will work at the heart of the hotel and be the guest's first point of contact. In addition to standard hotel reception duties, great emphasis will be placed on offering concierge services, such as recommending sights and activities and making various reservations for guests. The pace can be fast at times, so it is important to have the ability to prioritize tasks and be solution-oriented.

Background and qualities:

• We prefer that you have previous experience in reception or another service role
• Structured and well-organized
• As a person, you are responsible, outgoing, and positive
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
• High sense of service and quality

Employment and working hours:

The position is a one-year fixed-term contract, part-time 40%, with immediate start. Initially, you will work according to a rotating schedule, with shifts scheduled Tuesday–Thursday from 14:30–22:30, every other week. Weekend work may occur.
