Job Responsibilities

The tasks include personal care, delegated nursing duties such as blood sampling and extensive wound dressing, as well as service and daily chores. The role also involves close collaboration with planners, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and the unit manager. The work is largely independent, although double staffing occurs.

We work with permanent care contacts and proxy assignments, where you as an employee have the opportunity to grow with the responsibility and simultaneously be part of the development of the operations.

The home care groups are based at Mariegärdes Väg 7. We work according to a 14-week schedule with shifts during the day and evening, and you will also work three out of seven weekends. The schedule also includes resource shifts to cover absences at other workplaces.

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and preferably have work experience from home care.

We are looking for you who are sensitive, positive, and secure in individual meetings with users, and have a good ability to work independently with care tasks. Your inspiring and positive attitude contributes to a good community and joy among both residents and colleagues.

You must be flexible as the work is based on close collaboration with your colleagues, where you are expected to be able to step in and support as needed in all three groups, including in other areas through resource shifts.

We prefer that you have experience in dealing with people with mental illness. You are also expected to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both orally and in writing. This is because many of your tasks involve receiving instructions and conveying information in a correct and clear manner.

We assume that you have a certain level of digital maturity in computer and mobile phone usage, as we use these as work tools.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for the position.
