The Child and Education Administration works on behalf of the Preschool Committee and the Primary School Committee. The administration is responsible for preschool activities, school-age childcare, primary school, and adapted primary school. Our most important task is to give all children and students in Huddinge the opportunity to develop to their full potential in a safe educational environment. Acting Resource Pedagogue with competence in NPF to Resource School Annersta F–3
Annersta School is a F-9 school located in Flemingsberg, with approximately 300 students.

Job Description
We are looking for a resource pedagogue for our newly started resource school for students in grades F–3. The activity is directed at students who are in need of care as well as extensive pedagogical support and adjustments to achieve the goals of education. The work takes place in close collaboration with teachers, student health services, and guardians.
As a resource pedagogue, you work to support students' knowledge development, social development, and participation in the school's activities. You contribute to creating a safe, structured, and accessible learning environment based on each student's individual needs.
This fixed-term employment is until January 11, 2027.
Tasks
The assignment includes:
- Providing individual care, individual and group-based support to students during the school day.
- Supporting students in teaching situations, breaks, and transitions.
- Contributing to creating structure, predictability, and security in students' learning environment.
- Implementing pedagogical adjustments according to planning from the responsible teacher.
- Participating in collaboration with the work team, student health services, and guardians.
- Documenting and following up on interventions according to the activity's routines.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Pedagogical education that the employer deems relevant for the assignment, such as resource pedagogue, childcare worker, student assistant, or other equivalent education.
- Experience working with children and students in school or other pedagogical activities.
- Documented experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF), such as autism and ADHD.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing.
- Good digital competence and ability to use digital tools in pedagogical work.
- Experience working in a resource school or specially adapted teaching environment.
- Education in neuropsychiatric disabilities.
- Competence in low-affective handling.
- Experience with clarifying pedagogy and visual support.
- Experience collaborating with student health services and external actors.
