Values Pedagogue for Apelskolan in Falkenberg
Here in Falkenberg Municipality, you can make a big difference. Our job is to offer good municipal services at all stages of life. We are also involved in developing Falkenberg as a place. Our vision is that we grow for a sustainable future.
In Falkenberg Municipality, we strive for all children and students to reach the goals of education and develop a positive learning identity. To get there, we have a common and clear direction in our work called Education Falkenberg.
Education Falkenberg is based on the belief that all children and students can and want to learn and do right if they can. It is instead the quality of the teaching that determines whether children and students reach the goals of the teaching and develop a positive learning identity.
By having clear expectations of different professions, meeting our children and students from a relational approach, and giving them the opportunity to participate in teaching that is accessible, formative, and collaborative, we believe that the quality of teaching in our preschools and schools can be improved. Good quality can always get better.
Apelskolan is a preschool to grade 9 school where we work purposefully to create a safe, inclusive, and developmental learning environment. We believe in the power of good relationships and strong values work as the foundation for both learning and well-being.
