Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to a well-functioning assistance service. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.
A young, active girl living with her family in Lund is looking for a new assistant for daytime work, 07:00–17:00.
Your qualifications:
- High work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexible and able to adapt to different situations.
- Appreciates and works towards good cooperation.
- Previous experience in care work is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- We would prefer if you could cover night shifts in case of absences.
We appreciate flexibility regarding both planned and unplanned absences. Since the family travels on both short and long trips throughout the year, it is important that you enjoy traveling and are willing to join them when needed. Schedule changes with ample notice occur during school holidays or trips.
