Arska Scandinavia AB is a subsidiary of Arska Group Oy, founded in Sweden on October 1, 2024. The company specializes in the marketing and sales of Mepus equipment for grain handling, with a focus on serving existing customers and strengthening Mepus presence in Sweden.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator with us, you will have a responsible role with a strong focus on structure, administration, and coordination. You are responsible for keeping the entire order and delivery flow together and ensuring that our internal processes function efficiently, from the first customer contact to the completed business.

Your tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Coordinate and administer customer orders and projects throughout the entire process
• Work continuously in business systems with order management, purchasing, deliveries, and invoicing
• Ensure that documentation, flows, and internal routines are followed and developed
• Support sales with administrative support, quotation materials, and follow-up of leads
• Maintain ongoing contact with both Swedish and international customers, distributors, and internal functions
• Participate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of marketing activities and trade fairs
• Collaborate with central marketing functions regarding local marketing on the website, social media, newspapers, etc.

The position is full-time, daytime hours, located in Kvänum.

To fit the role, we require that you have previous experience in administrative work, for example as inside sales, order administrator, or similar, and are accustomed to working in business systems as well as the Office package. Since a large part of our work takes place internationally, we expect you to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Having a technical interest and/or experience from agriculture is considered an advantage.
