About the role

We are looking for a teacher for our new educational track; Property Maintenance Technician, starting August 24th. The position includes teaching and supervising students in both practical and theoretical modules, including property services, outdoor environments, and property technology. We are looking for someone with experience from the property industry, preferably with knowledge in HVAC and electrical work, and with a genuine commitment to vocational education and student development.

You are either already a qualified vocational teacher or have a relevant professional background. The most important thing is your willingness to take the step into the teaching role and your desire to share your engagement, professional knowledge, and strong desire to see people succeed.

As a teacher with us, you help students develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while allowing you to channel your own passion for your profession. You are part of a dedicated teaching group where collaboration and joy in work are central.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least five years of professional experience in the property industry within the last ten years
• Has the competence to explain theories and guide practical tasks
• Has the ambition to quickly master the complex role of a teacher
• Is proficient with computers and has strong administrative skills

It is meritorious if you have a teaching license or other pedagogical experience. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
