Your Responsibilities

The Engineering Systems department at Siemens Energy is now looking for an Education and Training Manager for COMOS. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the company's training offerings, from planning and execution to continuous improvement. You ensure that employees have the right knowledge and support to use the systems efficiently.

This is a strategic role where you will influence how the organization develops and uses future tools. You will combine technology, pedagogy, and change management in a role with high visibility and impact.

Engineering Systems acts as the link between operations and IT development teams, ensuring that engineering systems create maximum value for the business. The department consists of six teams with business analysts and support experts focused on driving digitalization within engineering processes, streamlining and simplifying data flows, ensuring high quality in information architecture, and continuously improving and optimizing business processes.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Responsible for and developing training packages for COMOS tools.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training, including logistics and participant communication.
  • Conduct training and improve training materials based on system changes and feedback.
  • Build and coordinate a network of key users to increase usage and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high quality and consistency in training.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an engineering degree or equivalent relevant education.
  • Has experience conducting training in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Has worked with change management (OCM) related to IT systems, preferably within PLM.
  • Has strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
  • Is fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
