We are now looking for a Recruiter/Job Matcher to join our team in Växjö as we grow with existing and new clients. The role is broad and combines recruitment with candidate management, ongoing staffing planning, and job matching as a coach within Rusta och Matcha. You are responsible for your processes from start to finish and play a central role in ensuring high quality in both delivery and the candidate/participant experience!

The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon in August. The position is a fixed-term contract of six months with good prospects of becoming a permanent position for the right person. Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the entire recruitment process: job profiles, advertising, selection, interviews, reference checks, and hiring
• Actively work with candidate sourcing through search, social media, and job fairs
• Be responsible for staffing planning and scheduling
• Coach, guide, and support job seekers into employment or regular studies through individual meetings, workshops, and seminars
• Work towards set goals and KPIs in your assignments
• Handle administrative tasks related to candidates, consultants, clients, and participants

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements

• University or college education in HR, personnel, service, or similar (minimum 180 ECTS credits), and
• At least two (2) years of work experience, preferably within recruitment, staffing, or service (part-time work is acceptable if the total accumulated working time equals full-time over two years)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
