Länstrafiken Kronoberg is an administration within Region Kronoberg. Our mission is to contribute to good travel opportunities in the county by offering a well-functioning general public transport system, as well as special public transport for the municipalities that have commissioned us to procure and perform taxi services (färdtjänst) and school trips.

Länstrafiken performs over 10 million journeys annually within general public transport, and our overarching goal is to have more and happier customers.

Serviceresor is a booking center for taxi services, medical travel, and other on-demand transport. Our mission includes booking journeys and coordinating transport as efficiently and environmentally friendly as possible, with the customer at the center. Our commissioners are Region Kronoberg and all municipalities in Kronoberg County. Currently, 25 people work in different teams at the booking center, relying on good cooperation. The position is located at Nygatan 20 in central Växjö.

Job Responsibilities

As a Traffic Planner, you will work with all our modes of transport, and the planning requires close cooperation with our transport companies. You will work with several different systems, and the ability to collaborate with many different stakeholders is of great importance in daily work.

You will also help maintain and develop Serviceresor's relationships with customers, commissioners, and transport companies. The working hours are scheduled, meaning you will work during both day and evening shifts as well as weekends. We are open from 07:00–19:00 on weekdays and 08:00–18:00 on weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for traffic planning and journey optimization.
• Working in several different systems.
• Daily contact with transport companies and drivers.
• Handling incoming calls from our customers and drivers.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some form of logistics education.
• Has experience working in digital systems, preferably a planning system.
• Has worked with traffic or other logistics planning.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is analytical, logical, stress-resistant, and service-oriented.
• Is communicative and has good collaboration skills.
• Has good knowledge of Kronoberg County.

Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.

End date: 2027-08-31
Working hours: Scheduled. The working hours are scheduled, meaning you will work during both day and evening shifts as well as weekends. Our opening hours are weekdays 07:00–19:00 and weekends 08:00–18:00.
