Länstrafiken Kronoberg is an administration within Region Kronoberg. Our mission is to contribute to good travel opportunities in the county by offering a well-functioning general public transport system as well as special public transport for the municipalities that have commissioned us to procure/perform transport services for people with disabilities and school trips.

Länstrafiken performs over 10 million trips annually within general public transport, and our overarching goal is to have more and happier customers.

Service Trips (Serviceresor) is an ordering and coordination center for transport services for people with disabilities, medical travel, and other demand-responsive transport in Kronoberg County. Our mission is to receive orders and coordinate trips as efficiently as possible, with the passengers' wishes for safety and service at the center. Our commissioners are the county's municipalities and Region Kronoberg. We who work at Service Trips are a dedicated team of 25 people; we collaborate closely in teams within our unit and we always strive to be a really good workplace.

The position is located at Nygatan 20 in central Växjö.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities as an order receiver will be to receive calls via telephone and enter orders for transport services for people with disabilities, medical travel, and other demand-responsive trips into our system.

In your work, you will also contribute to maintaining and developing the ordering center's relationships with customers, commissioners, and transport providers.

The working hours are scheduled, which means working both during the day and in the evenings, as well as on weekends. Our opening hours are weekdays 7:00–19:00 and weekends 8:00–18:00.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a high school education and express yourself well in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing. The position places high demands on a service-oriented attitude and the ability to communicate clearly with people, even in stressful situations.

It is important that you can adapt to new conditions with short notice and that you can work efficiently and systematically. You have good organizational and analytical skills and are accustomed to working independently with the computer as a tool.

You find it very easy to collaborate and are a good colleague who contributes to a good work environment. We assume that you are responsible, careful, and loyal.

Great importance is placed on personal qualities.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

• Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-09-01 or by agreement, end date: 2027-08-31.
