About the Role

In the role of ST Physician (Specialist Training Physician) with us, you will have a broad and varied workday, involving planned patient visits, handling emergency cases, and participating in home care. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the development of the practice and engage in improvement and quality work.

We offer an evidence-based educational environment where we focus on patient-centered work and continuous development. Our supervisors are actively involved in your training, and we follow the guidelines applicable for ST Physician continuing education.

About You

We are looking for a licensed physician with authorization to work in Swedish healthcare. To communicate effectively both orally and in writing, you must have Swedish language skills at the C1 level.

You thrive in collaboration with others, both with fellow physicians and different professional groups within healthcare. Your commitment and understanding of the importance of a professional and respectful approach are central to your role. You have the ability to adapt your working methods based on the patient's needs and situation.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is sensitive, responsible, and has a desire to develop professionally.
