Anders Olofskolan is a grades 4-9 school with approximately 220 students, located in Hammarstrand. The school is divided into three work teams: one team for grades 4-6 and two teams for grades 7-9.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS

To our primary and lower secondary school, we are now looking for a subject teacher specializing in Swedish and Swedish as a Second Language (Svenska A), grades 4-9 at Anders-Olofskolan. The position involves teaching both in classes and in smaller groups. As a subject teacher, you will be part of a work team with teachers and support staff. You will actively participate in developing the school's pedagogical activities. The work consists of planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching together with the work team based on the organization's goals. You will clearly work with our knowledge goals and requirements to motivate students and achieve good results in their development, both socially and academically. You use varied working methods and base your teaching on each student's thinking and knowledge.

Education

We are looking for you who have a valid teaching license for the position.

Pedagogical Skills

You are well acquainted with the steering documents and can translate them into learning that is understandable and meaningful for the students. You have high expectations of the students and their ability to develop, and you can capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning.
