Änge School is a F-9 school with approximately 230 students. We work in close collaboration to create holistic solutions for the students. Our work focuses on the student's opportunity for development and learning throughout the day.

The Child and Education Administration has approximately 800 employees. The administration's operations span the entire municipality and include preschool, primary school F-9, adapted primary school, after-school centers, catering and facility maintenance, mother tongue instruction, and library services.

A day as a teacher in grades F-3 at Änge School

Here, a strong focus on the student is prioritized! We work daily with relationships, security, joy, and motivation.

You will teach and inspire students in grades F-3. As a teacher, you contribute to developing the school's pedagogical activities. You are a clear and structured leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills in teaching.

You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and have the students' learning in focus. You have the ability to see the students' individual needs and can meet them based on their prerequisites. You are well-versed in the school's governing documents and you analyze, evaluate, and develop your teaching based on the students' prerequisites, needs, and results. You are a team player and see collaboration as a given for succeeding in your mission. You have the ability to build good relationships and communicate clearly with students, guardians, and colleagues.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher for grades F-3.

You feel confident in the role of a teacher and have the knowledge and practical skills required for the position. In your role as a teacher, you should have good knowledge of the school's mission and be familiar with the current curriculum and other governing documents. Based on this, you should have the ability to plan your teaching and involve the students in the design.

You believe in the students' willingness and ability to succeed, and you constantly try to find ways to develop your teaching so that you give your students the best prerequisites. You are self-reliant and have the ability to work independently. You contribute to collegial learning together with colleagues in all subjects by promoting a positive, solution-focused work climate in the work group.

Permanent position at 100%.

Start date: 2026-08-12 or according to agreement.

We apply individual and differentiated salary setting.

Krokom Municipality is making a special effort related to particularly hard-to-recruit professional groups in certain geographical areas; Änge School is included in this effort. Therefore, a salary supplement of 3,000 SEK/month for a certified teacher during a three-year period is paid for full-time employment in this position.
